About The Role
We're at a pivotal point in our customer experience transformation, and this role will have a real opportunity to shape how we support our customers for years to come. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, challenges assumptions, and thrives on turning complex problems into simple, scalable solutions. You'll have the freedom to influence product direction, work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, and see the direct impact of your work on both our customers and our teams.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Own Product Requirements and Roadmap - You’ll lead discovery and requirements gathering across Customer Support, Operations, and Technology teams, translating stakeholder needs into clear, prioritised product requirements and roadmap initiatives.
- Shape and Refine the Product Backlog - You’ll challenge assumptions, analyse edge cases, and ensure every requirement is clearly defined, understood, and aligned to customer and business outcomes before entering delivery.
- Lead CRM Product Development - You’ll work closely with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, to define and deliver solutions that enhance customer interactions, improve operational efficiency, and support future growth.
- Drive Customer Experience Transformation - You’ll help define and deliver the future-state customer journey, creating scalable processes and systems that provide a consistent and high-quality experience for customers and service teams.
- Bridge Business and Technology Teams - You’ll convert business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria that Product, Engineering, and CRM specialists can confidently deliver against.
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships - You’ll build strong relationships across the organisation, ensuring priorities are understood, progress is communicated clearly, and risks or dependencies are proactively managed.
- Champion Continuous Improvement - You’ll use customer feedback, operational insights, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation and help deliver ongoing product improvements.
- Drive Continuous Improvement - You’ll identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, asset visibility and inventory management practices, helping the business scale efficiently.
- Use Data to Drive Product Decisions - You’ll leverage customer insights, operational metrics, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, validate priorities, and measure the impact of product changes.
What You'll Bring
- Product Management Expertise - You’ll have proven experience managing products, gathering requirements, and translating business objectives into successful product outcomes.
- CRM Platform Experience - You’ll have strong experience working with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, including the ability to define solutions that improve customer and operational performance.
- Requirements Definition and Analysis - You’ll have an exceptional ability to investigate requirements, challenge assumptions, and create clear product specifications that solve real business problems.
- Customer Service or Customer Experience Transformation Experience - You’ll have experience supporting business transformation initiatives focused on customer service, customer operations, or customer experience improvements.
- Stakeholder Management - You’ll have the confidence to collaborate with colleagues across multiple functions, balancing priorities and influencing decision-making at all levels.
- Communication Skills - You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
