What You'll Do

  • Process Analysis & Optimisation – Analyse workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Lean & Six Sigma Application – Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to optimise operational processes and drive excellence.
  • Data-Driven Insights – Work with analysts to interpret data, conduct root cause analysis, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Project Leadership – Lead and deliver improvement projects, ensuring timely execution, alignment with business objectives, and measurable impact.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure success and sustain improvements over time.
  • Culture of Innovation – Champion continuous improvement by providing training, fostering collaboration, and embedding a proactive approach to change.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a continuous improvement or process improvement role.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimisation principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and data analysis platforms (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and practical approach to solutions.
  • Experience in operations or service industry environments preferred.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in EV, energy, or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and digital transformation initiatives.
