The Homecharge Operations Coordinator role sits within the heart of our Central Operations who focus on installing and maintaining chargepoints throughout the UK. On top of being hyper organised, a great communicator and an excellent problem solver you’ll be responsible for:
- Planning and scheduling multiple Domestic chargepoint installations within a set region at the same time
- Quoting for any additional works which may fall outside of our ‘standard installation’ package
- Managing the phone lines for any Domestic Operations enquiries
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Pod Point Field Team, ensuring installations within your region are maximised and travel times minimised

- Able to remain calm under pressure and make super quick decisions to solve any problems that may arise
- Technically minded and able to pick up electrical jargon and systems easily

- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- EV experience highly beneficial
