What You’ll Do
- Process Analysis & Optimisation – Analyse workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Lean & Six Sigma Application – Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to optimise operational processes and drive excellence
- Data-Driven Insights – Work with analysts to interpret data, conduct root cause analysis, and present actionable recommendations to leadership
- Project Leadership – Lead and deliver improvement projects, ensuring timely execution, alignment with business objectives, and measurable impact
- Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure success and sustain improvements over time
- Culture of Innovation – Champion continuous improvement by providing training, fostering collaboration, and embedding a proactive approach to change

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a continuous improvement or process improvement role
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimisation principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence at all levels
- Proficiency with project management tools and data analysis platforms (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and practical approach to solutions
- Experience in operations or service industry environments preferred
Bonus Skills
- Experience in EV, energy, or technology sectors
- Familiarity with automation tools and digital transformation initiatives
