Pod is seeking a Service Designer to transform complex EV charging journeys into joined-up experiences. You will shape end-to-end services, connecting software, hardware, data, installers and operations to deliver practical, customer-centered solutions.
You'll work closely with product managers, engineers and operations, running research with drivers and fleet operators, prototyping ideas and leading workshops that drive tangible improvements and ownership across teams.
