I’m excited to be partnering with a fast-growing fashion retail brand in the heart of London. They’re undergoing a period of huge expansion and are now looking for a Supply Planner to join the team on an initial 6-month contract (1 day in London office).

In this role, you’ll manage the monthly buying cycle, ensuring it is executed accurately and on time, while developing and aligning buy proposals ahead of sourcing. You’ll monitor stock levels and proactively respond to potential shortages or excess by adjusting production output or inventory, working closely with key stakeholders to support strategic decisions on current and future stock holding.

You will:

  • Execute the monthly buy, create buy proposals, and manage o9 exceptions and order-date adjustments.
  • Proactively respond to shortages or surpluses by adjusting factory output or DC inventory, and action global pre-load instructions.
  • Lead lifecycle management, including at-risk stock monitoring and obsolete inventory reporting.
  • Produce monthly buy summaries for Executive S&OP and contribute to weekly supply planning meetings.
  • Build strong cross-regional relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to make informed stock-holding decisions.

About you:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within a consumer goods or fashion brand.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented and able to work under time pressure.
  • Adaptable, proactive and eager to grow with a scaling business.
