This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy, solution-oriented systems leader to take ownership of a fast-growing FMCG business’s digital infrastructure. You’ll ensure the ERP, e-commerce platforms, 3PL systems, and office IT run smoothly, scale efficiently, and deliver real value to the business. You’ll also lead system improvements, drive automation, and support cross-functional teams in using technology to work smarter.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage core business systems including ERP, e-commerce platforms, and 3PL integrations.
- Act as the first point of contact for system issues and liaise with external IT and software partners.
- Monitor and optimise workflows, automations, and API connections across systems.
- Maintain data integrity, security standards, and compliance with GDPR and other data regulations.
- Lead system rollouts, upgrades, and provide user training and support.
- Analyse system performance and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable, technology-driven solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth system operation and alignment with business needs.
- Proven experience managing ERP and integrated business systems in consumer or product-led businesses.
- Experience implementing and configuring business systems and exposure to high-growth start-up environments.
- Strong understanding of operations, finance, and sales systems with hands-on technical expertise.
- Experience with system troubleshooting, automation, and process optimisation.
- Ability to manage vendors, external IT partners, and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with cross-functional teams.
