A leading global FMCG business seek an experienced project manager with previous exposure across the end-to-end supply chain to lead ambitious projects across supply chain, procurement and sustainability. The position supports the entire supply chain organisation from product development, through commercialisation, supply chain management and sourcing. It would suit a project manager who enjoys working across a broad range of projects, who is passionate about building strong relationships at senior levels and wants high visibility across the entire supply chain.

Key deliverables:

  • Ensure on-time execution of supply chain and sourcing projects with a focus on cost optimisation, supply continuity and quality.
  • Drive supply chain optimisation initiatives, engaging cross-functionally with manufacturing, product development, planning, procurement and commercial to drive long-term business growth.
  • Effectively utilise data to generate tangible insights to support business goals and long-term planning.
  • Track and maintain project performance by designing smart KPI frameworks
  • Lead on other initiatives including process improvement, sustainability and risk management

Experience required:

  • 3-7 years’ experience in a supply chain/procurement position, with demonstrable expertise in project management
  • Some background in process improvement, continuous improvement or supply chain transformation is essential.
  • Impactful communication skills, with the ability to both collaborate and influence cross-functionally.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability to drive relationship-led and data-driven improvements.
