Pod Talent is delighted to be partnering with a well‑known international food brand that is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Surrey (1 day in the office).

In this role, you’ll work closely with both internal and external European supply chain partners, using data and insights to drive reporting excellence, optimise performance, and support key supply chain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and automate short-, medium- and long-term SKU-level demand forecasts, along with performance dashboards in Power BI.
  • Deliver daily and weekly reporting across supplier performance, forecast accuracy, stockholding, and full end‑to‑end commercial visibility.
  • Lead promotional forecasting, integrating market intelligence and cross‑functional inputs (Marketing, Finance, Procurement) while conducting root‑cause analysis to strengthen demand plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analysing forecast deviations, reducing forecast error, and generating proactive supply chain insights.
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Buying and wider teams to ensure optimal stock availability and support tender processes and broader business strategies.
About You
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Merchandiser, Forecaster, Demand Planner, or Business Analyst within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Retail.
  • Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and Power BI, including dashboard and reporting creation.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in leading meetings and presenting findings.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to understand and interpret business performance drivers.
