We are partnering with an exciting pre-launch personal care brand founded by two proven entrepreneurs who’ve previously scaled and sold one of the most loved beauty businesses in the market. Backed by deep industry expertise, they’re now building something new - bold, customer-centric, and built to scale - and looking for a hands-on Head of Supply Chain to join them at day one.
This is a unique opportunity to own the entire supply chain setup - from sourcing and procurement through to operations and logistics - as the brand prepares to launch.
- Lead sourcing, procurement, and supplier management (focus in year one)
- Build scalable supply chain operations across planning, fulfilment, and logistics
- Own systems, processes, and performance metrics from the ground up

Strong supply chain experience in consumer goods/beauty industry, ideally experience working in fast-growing SMEs.
Strong sourcing/procurement track record and supplier negotiation skills.
Analytical with strong Excel skills.
