Base pay range An exciting scale-up company is building a European procurement function and is seeking a strong indirect procurement professional with excellent communication and influencing skills to join their procurement team in London. This role involves leading regional procurement projects across technology, professional services, and other indirect categories, working at an executive level to drive long-term, tangible change. The primary mission of the role is to develop new, cohesive global category strategies and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver long-term value. Key stakeholders will include regional/local heads of procurement, CTOs, commercial leaders, and CFOs. Indirect Procurement Manager: Role responsibilities: Develop procurement strategies to drive value, deliver savings, and establish a new procurement agenda. Lead complex, international negotiations across various categories and sectors. Influence at senior levels to improve procurement processes and practices. Have a strong indirect procurement background with category management and SRM experience. Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at regional/global levels.
