They’re on the lookout for a talented S&OP Manager to help shape and lead their planning function from the ground up - focusing on driving performance, building capability, and creating alignment across the end-to-end operations. About the role:

  • Lead the design and execution of a company-wide S&OP process from the ground up
  • Build alignment between business operations (multi-site) to optimise inventory flow
  • Drive improved forecast accuracy and supplier collaboration
  • Lead and develop a small team of associates, covering procurement and demand planning areas.
  • Use data to fuel smarter, faster decision-making across the supply chain
  • Influence senior stakeholders and bring strategic thinking to the table

About you:

  • 5+ years in S&OP, demand/supply planning, or supply chain leadership (ideally within pharma, cosmetics, FMCG industries)
  • A track record of delivering results in complex, multi-site environments
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with planning tools / ERP systems
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen
  • Strategic thinker who’s just as comfortable getting hands-on when needed
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • Flexibility to travel across sites as part of a national supply chain network
