As part of this growth, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead large-scale logistics operations across night shifts.

It is a business-critical leadership position sitting just below General Manager level, offering the opportunity to lead high-performing teams while playing a key role in shaping the future of the operation.

Reporting into the General Manager, you will oversee a team of Shift Managers and Supervisors while indirectly leading up to 100 colleagues per shift.

You will be responsible for all inbound operations, sortation, planning, service delivery and people performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and develop Shift Managers, Supervisors and operational teams to deliver high-performing operations.
  • Take ownership of shift performance across several metrics: service, quality, productivity, people and cost.
  • Manage labour planning, resource allocation and shift readiness.
  • Drive operational excellence through KPI management, performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build a strong people culture through coaching, development, succession planning and performance management.

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of leadership experience within fast-paced logistics, warehouse or transport operations.
  • Proven ability to lead large operational teams.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching, developing and motivating teams.
  • Experience managing KPIs, service levels, productivity and operational costs.
