This 12‑month fixed‑term contract offers an opportunity to work in a high‑performing Quality function, leading investigations, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement across a complex supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead investigations into quality issues and non‑conformances across internal, supplier, and customer contexts
  • Conduct root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, FMEA, Fishbone) and implement corrective and preventative actions
  • Support customer complaint handling and drive timely resolution
  • Identify trends and provide reporting on quality performance
  • Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits (e.g., BRC, customer audits)
  • Ensure documentation and compliance with food safety, regulatory, and customer standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
  • Assist in supplier approval, performance monitoring, and quality assurance of co‑manufacturers
  • Collaborate with commercial, product, and supply chain teams to ensure quality expectations are met

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and safety standards
  • Experience managing investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPAs
  • Experience in food and beverage manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of BRC, HACCP, GMP standards
  • Experience with supplier quality and audit processes
  • Full permanent right to work in the UK
