Operations Manager – Warehousing (eCommerce)
Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells (On-site)
Shift Pattern: Mon – Fri ( Note: the role is responsible for 24/7 operation, so ideally would suit someone able to be flexible where needed, but predominantly Mon – Fri role)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (Depending on Experience)

In this role, you will have full ownership of the existing fulfilment and distribution depot, leading a team of three section managers, day/night supervisors, and warehouse operatives. You will be responsible for team building, restructuring and driving continuous process improvement.

What you\'ll be doing:
- Accountable for the successful leadership and operational effectiveness of the entire distribution centre, responsible for delivering customer excellence, ensuring safety and building a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead, develop and mentor a diverse, high-performing and enthusiastic team
- Scope and identify improvement initiatives within the team and operation, leading projects across the warehouse, goods-in, inventory control and dispatch sections.
- Continuously review operational performance and procedures across service, cost, people and process

- Non-negotiable 3+ years of managerial experience within a fast-paced D2C e-commerce/warehouse/fulfilment environment.
