This is a key leadership role that will have a real impact on optimising the order-to-cash process across major retail accounts, working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 3 Team Leaders and a wider team to deliver a smooth and efficient order-to-cash process across UK and EU retail accounts.
- Own the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order creation, shipment, and processing, ensuring on-time delivery performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Supply Chain) to resolve operational issues and drive system improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse key metrics (On-Time delivery, Chargebacks, Penalties) to continuously improve customer experience and operational performance.
- Identify and implement cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives to enhance revenue, reduce workload, and accelerate speed to market.
- Manage retailer compliance processes, including handling chargebacks and working proactively to minimise retailer penalties.
- Lead and support system enhancements, process testing, and new technology rollouts to drive efficiency and effectiveness across operations.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Strong leadership experience managing teams within order management, logistics, or retail operations.
- Proven background working across the full order-to-cash cycle, with knowledge of EDI processes, order processing systems, and supply/demand collaboration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using KPIs to drive process improvements.
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving, high-growth business.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
- Experience working on retailer optimisation initiatives would be a strong advantage.
