Lead investigations into quality issues and non-conformances across internal, supplier, and customer contexts Conduct root cause analysis (e.g. Support customer complaint handling and drive timely resolution Identify trends and provide reporting on quality performance Ensure documentation and compliance with food safety, regulatory, and customer standards Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality Assist in supplier approval, performance monitoring, and quality assurance of co-manufacturers Collaborate with commercial, product, and supply chain teams to ensure quality expectations are met Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and safety standards Experience managing investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPAs Experience in food and beverage manufacturing environments Experience with supplier quality and audit processes Full permanent right to work in the UK All candidates must have full permanent right to work in the UK.
