Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with a high-growth consumer goods brand based in East Sussex, who are seeking a Head of Logistics & Inventory to join their rapidly scaling business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-led, international growth brand where you will play a key role in shaping and scaling the end-to-end logistics and inventory operation across the UK, EU, and US. The business is going through an exciting period of growth and operational transformation, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, driving operational performance, and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key responsibilities for the role:
- Lead end-to-end logistics and inventory operations across multiple international regions
- Own and manage 3PL relationships, ensuring strong service, cost, and operational performance
- Drive inventory governance, stock accuracy, and visibility across ERP and distribution networks
- Improve logistics processes, systems, reporting, and operational scalability
- Manage last-mile delivery performance and customer experience
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, logistics, and stock control
- Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Technical, and Supply Chain teams
- Manage and develop a small logistics and inventory team
Key experience required for the role:
- Proven logistics and 3PL management experience within FMCG, consumer goods, food, wellness, beauty, or e-commerce environments
- Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and international logistics operations
- Experience working within fast-paced, scaling, or challenger brand environments
- Strong operational and analytical mindset with experience improving processes and performance
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and logistics reporting
- Experience managing suppliers, logistics partners, and operational stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on within a growing business
