Overview: As Head of Customer Supply Chain, you will lead the end-to-end customer supply strategy, ensuring inventory availability supports channel growth and meets customer needs across retail, DTC, and B2B channels. You will act as a strategic partner to commercial and supply chain teams, using data insights to anticipate trends, optimise stock, and deliver exceptional service. You will also lead and develop a high-performing team, champion continuous improvement, and ensure supply strategies are aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end customer supply operations across all channels, ensuring best-in-class service and alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and commercial partners to anticipate and proactively address supply needs.
- Own inventory planning, forecasting, and availability strategies to support growth across retail, DTC, and B2B channels, collaborating with supply chain and logistics teams to optimise stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Monitor and manage supply and logistics risks, implementing mitigation plans to maintain service levels and operational continuity.
- Provide actionable insights to commercial teams to inform product launches, promotional planning, and channel strategies, while continuously improving data accuracy, system visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing customer supply team, driving cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration, and championing continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer supply, inventory management, or supply chain leadership, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer/channel needs into operational plans.
- Excellent analytical skills, leveraging data to drive decisions.
- Collaborative leadership style with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.
