Key responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end export order process, from EDI order receipt through to delivery via 3PL partners
  • Coordinate with customs brokers and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate export documentation
  • Act as the primary operational contact for customers, handling queries, 3PL coordination, and issue resolution
  • Build strong relationships with customers and work to continuously improve service levels
  • Monitor stock availability and demand changes, ensuring optimal stock coverage at 3PL sites
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to support efficient order fulfilment

The ideal candidate

  • 1+ years experience in a similar FMCG export role
  • Knowledge of customs processes and international shipping
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

ASAP start preferred and full permanent right to work in the UK is required.
