Operating from a highly automated and well-structured distribution centre, the business is experiencing continued year-on-year growth and is investing in its warehouse leadership team to support increasing operational volumes and maintain exceptional service standards across global markets. We are looking for experienced Warehouse Team Leaders to lead either inbound quality operations or outbound fulfilment activities within a busy, KPI-driven distribution environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused equally on operational performance and people management, ensuring teams are engaged, developed and consistently delivering against safety, quality and productivity targets. Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 10 warehouse associates, creating a positive, high-performing and accountable team culture Monitor and drive performance against KPIs relating to productivity, quality, accuracy, throughput and operational efficiency Proven experience leading teams within a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, fulfilment or distribution environment Experience working in a KPI-driven operation, using data and performance metrics to drive results and accountability Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, quality standards and health & safety best practice The company is unfortunately not able to sponsor, candidates must have full permanent right to work in the UK.
