We are excited to be partnering with a global market leader in the publishing space, with a presence in over 30 countries, who are looking for a logistics distribution executive to join their team on a hybrid basis in London. This role is a varied, hands‑on role supporting the flow of products across the UK and US markets, ensuring seamless distribution from production to end customer. You will be working closely with 3PLs and internal teams to keep operations running efficiently, while analysing performance and supporting planning decisions.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage day to day coordination with 3PL partners
- Analyse sales data to support forecasting and planning
- Maintain accurate stock control and system data
- Support with cost control and supplier negotiations
- Provide operational and administrative support to the logistics team
In order to be successful
- Up to 5 years experience in a similar logistics role
- Fantastic organisation and communication skills
- Confident in managing various stock movements and 3PL relationships
