Pod Talent is partnering with a thriving London-based vegan beauty & cosmetics brand seeking a Demand Planner to join their Supply Chain team for 12 months. The company operates over 80 retail stores and experiences double-digit growth annually.

This role involves delivering top-tier demand planning by improving forecast accuracy, reducing bias, and aligning with financial goals. A key aspect is leading the regional S&OP process by analyzing trends, risks, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed, you should have:

  • 3+ years' experience in demand planning or forecasting
