We are excited to be working with a fast-growing food business who are currently looking for a Customer Demand Manager to join their team in Central London.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team, helping supply chain executives grow while keeping customer service and communication strong.
- Work closely with Supply & Demand teams to give customers great service and clear visibility of stock levels.
- Track and report service performance, solve customer issues, manage specific requirements, and drive cost-saving improvements.
- Oversee the full order-to-cash process, ensure accurate and timely deliveries, manage stock efficiently, improve processes, and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners.
Requirements
- Over 3 years’ experience in Customer Demand Planning, Customer Relationship Management, and Customer Supply Chain roles with food & bev or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning principles and hands-on operational experience.
- Strong team management, influence and hold 3PLs accountable.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with proven experience collaborating with major retailers.
- Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable with technology; proactive and adaptable in fast-moving environments (Power BI is a plus).
- Skilled at identifying potential issues early, building strong stakeholder relationships, and remaining calm under pressure to meet deadlines and performance targets.
