A newly launched Supply Chain Technology platform is scaling its business globally. They need a sharp operator at the centre of it to support the CEO and COO as Chief of Staff.

Reporting directly to the COO, you'll deliver the firm's strategy, build the corporate infrastructure to scale the platform, and run the cadence that keeps the business on track — across strategy, operations, governance, and technology.

You will:

  • Lead priority strategic initiatives and cross-functional programmes end-to-end
  • Evolve the risk and controls framework with the COO
  • Own external vendor relationships and procurement cycles
  • Deploy AI and agentic workflows to strip out operational friction

You will bring:

  • 5+ years in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a Chief of Staff / Strategy & Ops role at a high-growth firm
  • A track record running complex, multi-stakeholder programmes to tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with trade and international supply chain
  • Hands-on AI tooling experience and a genuine interest in applying it operationally
  • High ownership, broad remit, and a front-row seat as the platform scales.

Please note this role is based in central London. Candidates must be based in London and have UK right-to-work.
