I’m working with a premium, fast-growing food brand who are looking for an Inventory Manager to join their expanding team in Central London.

In this role, you’ll be the key link between the supply chain, sales, finance, and 3PL warehouse partners – ensuring full visibility and accuracy across all stock movements and data. You’ll play a big part in building processes that support their exciting next phase of growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that’s seen phenomenal growth since 2022 and has big plans to expand even further over the next year.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and 3rd party warehouse partners (predominantly Turners)
  • Manage the full stock cycle: balances, dispatches (inbound/outbound), movements, conversions, returns, damages, and date codes
  • Set and track KPIs, providing clear reporting and live data to flag potential issues early
  • Implement structure and automation to improve long-term stock accuracy and reduce operational and financial risk

About you:

  • 3+ years’ experience in inventory management, ideally within food & beverage (but open to wider FMCG backgrounds)
  • Proven track record managing full stock cycles and building strong 3PL relationships
  • Experienced in implementing process improvements and delivering insightful reporting
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment
