Role: Head of Supply Chain
Location: Berkshire, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
We’re partnering with a market-leading international consumer goods company experiencing significant growth and transformation. With ambitious plans to expand its D2C and e-commerce operations, the business is looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead operational excellence and build a supply chain fit for the future.
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead a team of around 10 people across supply chain planning, logistics, and operations. The role’s primary focus is to enhance forecasting accuracy, streamline processes, and optimise cost-to-serve as the business scales.
You’ll act as a key strategic partner to Sales and Marketing, using data-driven insights to influence decisions and ensure operations keep pace with commercial growth.
About the role:
- Lead and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy across planning, logistics, and customer operations
- Drive demand planning transformation and improvements to S&OP process
- Embed data-driven decision-making across the function
- Strengthen e-commerce and D2C operations, ensuring scalability and service excellence
- Develop, mentor, and motivate a high-performing supply chain team
About you:
- Proven supply chain leadership experience within fast-moving consumer goods, ideally with strong D2C and/or e-commerce exposure
- Expertise in demand planning / S&OP, forecasting, and operational efficiency
- Skilled in SAP or advanced planning systems; highly analytical and commercially focused
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a transforming, fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator and influencer, able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams
