Key Responsibilities
- Manage core business systems including ERP, e-commerce platforms, and 3PL integrations.
- Act as the first point of contact for system issues and liaise with external IT and software partners.
- Monitor and optimise workflows, automations, and API connections across systems.
- Maintain data integrity, security standards, and compliance with GDPR and other data regulations.
- Lead system rollouts, upgrades, and provide user training and support.
