In this role, you will…

  • Lead inventory planning across multiple sites, balancing stock availability, storage constraints, waste reduction, and working capital objectives.
  • Develop scalable and automated inventory planning tools, leveraging AI and technology to improve efficiency and eliminate manual processes.
  • Establish KPI frameworks and reporting, driving the function from reactive firefighting to proactive inventory and risk management.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of stock planners, building capability and creating a high-performing, analytically driven function.
  • Support the successful launch of new product ranges by ensuring inventory, systems, and processes are in place to support increased SKU complexity.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams to optimise stock levels, protect availability, and improve inventory health.
  • Support operational execution during peak periods and critical business events to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Manage the performance of third-party warehouse partners against agreed service levels and KPIs.
  • Develop supplier performance reporting and supplier segmentation strategies to improve operational performance and supply reliability.

About You

  • 4+ years' experience in a Planning Manager, Inventory Manager, or similar Supply Chain leadership role, with Start up/Scale up experience.
  • Proven track record of scaling supply chain or inventory planning functions within a fast-paced business.
  • Strong analytical and systems capability, with experience developing automated tools and leveraging technology to improve processes.
  • A confident leader and mentor who enjoys developing teams and creating high-performance cultures.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for driving operational excellence.
  • Hands-on and proactive, willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
  • Commercially minded, with strong planning, inventory, and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities.

Why Apply?

  • Join one of the UK's most exciting and fastest-growing e-commerce businesses.
