Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Lead end-to-end logistics and inventory operations across multiple international regions
  • Own and manage 3PL relationships, ensuring strong service, cost, and operational performance
  • Drive inventory governance, stock accuracy, and visibility across ERP and distribution networks
  • Improve logistics processes, systems, reporting, and operational scalability
  • Manage last-mile delivery performance and customer experience
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, logistics, and stock control
  • Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Technical, and Supply Chain teams
  • Manage and develop a small logistics and inventory team

Key experience required:

  • Proven logistics and 3PL management experience within FMCG, consumer goods, food, wellness, beauty, or e-commerce environments
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and international logistics operations
  • Experience working within fast-paced, scaling, or challenger brand environments
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset with experience improving processes and performance
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and logistics reporting
  • Experience managing suppliers, logistics partners, and operational stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on within a growing business
