Pod Talent is thrilled to partner with a fast-growing consumer goods company that has achieved 30% YoY growth and operates in 100 countries! They’re now looking for a Demand Planner to join their London team, working onsite two days a week.

In this newly created role, you will play a key part in shaping the UK demand planning and inventory optimisation strategy, ensuring accurate sales forecasts and a smooth supply chain. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Demand Planner to make a real impact while joining a company that is deeply committed to DE&I.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical models.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimising excess inventory and waste.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align demand forecasts with business objectives.
  • Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour, and external factors to improve forecasting accuracy and identify opportunities.
  • Proactively assess supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, ideally within FMCG.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, plus experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a fast learner.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams across retail and e-commerce.
