Pod Talent are super excited to be partnering up with a thriving London-based vegan beauty and cosmetics brand who are looking for a Demand Planner to join their amazing Supply Chain team for 12 months. This company already have more than 80 retail stores open and are experiencing double-digit growth year on year.
In this role, you will deliver best-in-class demand planning by driving forecast accuracy, minimising bias, and ensuring financial alignment. A key focus is leading an effective regional S&OP process by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Demand Planner to make the next step, elevate their supply chain experience, and join a forward-thinking and conscientious company who really invest in their employees.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Forecast demand for a portfolio of beauty and cosmetics SKUs
- Contribute towards the establishment of a best-in-practice S&OP model
- Ensure accurate inventory forecasts to anticipate new store openings
- Implement and monitor new KPIs to maximise accuracy
To succeed in the role, you will need:
- 3+ years’ experience in demand planning / forecasting
- A background in cosmetics or similar FMCG product
- Excellent Excel-based forecasting skills and ideally experience in planning systems
- High attention to detail, organisation, autonomy, and resilience
