I am excited to be partnering with a growing consumer goods business that is looking to expand its team by recruiting a
Data Analyst in South-West London (3 days in the office).
This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to help shape the company's analytics capability and drive more data-led decision-making.
Working closely with Commercial Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you will consolidate data from multiple sources, develop dashboards, automate reporting, and turn complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse data from multiple internal and external sources, including sales, finance, and market data.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear, actionable business insights.
- Build scalable reporting processes and identify opportunities to automate manual tasks using analytics and AI tools.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support commercial decision-making and business performance.
- Deliver analysis on trends, opportunities, and performance drivers to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
About You
- Experience as a
Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Insight Analyst , or similar analytical role.
- Strong Power BI experience, with working knowledge of
Power Query, SQL , and advanced Excel.
- Experience working with multiple data sources and transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights and visualisations.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets and spreadsheets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exposure to FMCG, consumer goods, Commercial Finance, Revenue Growth Management, or business intelligence environments would be advantageous.
- Curious, proactive, and enthusiastic about analytics, automation, AI, and continuous improvement.
