We’re partnering with a fast-growing, international consumer business who are rapidly expanding across multiple channels and geographies to appoint a Customer Supply Chain Director. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for building and scaling the supply chain capability supporting DTC and Social Channels across multiple markets. You will be responsible for ensuring the right products are available in the right markets, at the right time, while building the systems, processes and capability needed to scale, across channels which are rapidly expanding and challenging to forecast.

The role will cover:

  • Inventory management and replenishment strategies
  • Short term planning execution implementation DTC and e-commerce availability across multiple European markets
  • Order-to-delivery performance, logistics and 3PL relationships
  • Supply chain systems, processes, automation and technology
  • Supporting new market, channel and product launches

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Senior experience in e-commerce / DTC supply chain
  • Operating at senior leadership level e.g. head of/director
  • Experienced in inventory management, planning and logistics management
  • Experience operating across multiple European markets
  • Experience in a large global business
  • Ideally, experience with social commerce channels
