We are excited to be partnering with a leading supply chain logistics business, supporting some of the world's largest manufacturers and retailers to operate more efficiently. They have a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer partnership, and play a vital role in reducing waste and improving resource utilisation across complex supply chains.
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Service Centre Representative to join a fast-paced operational team. Acting as the primary point of contact for a network of collection points across the UK and Ireland, you will play a key role in driving asset recovery, improving operational performance, and supporting a circular logistics model. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with logistics, customer service, or supply chain experience, who enjoys building relationships, analysing data, and solving operational challenges. This role offers a hybrid working environment and the chance to make a direct impact on business performance and sustainability.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximise asset recovery and return flows, acting as the main point of contact for partners across the UK and Ireland, providing guidance on processes and procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule collections, working closely with transport teams and operational stakeholders.
- Monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and support loss reduction initiatives.
- Analyse operational data and provide accurate reporting to support business decisions and performance improvements.
- Ensure customer and operational information is maintained accurately across internal systems.
What we are looking for:
- 1+ year experience in an office-based customer-facing role (logistics or supply chain experience ideal).
- Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Data driven, proactive, organised, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Full permanent right to work in the UK.
