Key Responsibilities for the position of Customer Logistics Manager (Order Management) –
- Lead and manage the end-to-end order life cycle, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
- Act as the main point of contact with 3PL partners, ensuring adherence to KPIs and smooth operations.
