Depot/Hub Manager
Location: East London
Shift Pattern: Mon Fri
(Note: the role is responsible for 24/7 operation so ideally would suit someone able to be flexible where needed but predominately Mon Fri role)
Salary: £45,000-£50,000

In this role you have complete ownership of the existing warehouse site, leading a team of warehouse and despatch managers and supervisors. You will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operations as well development and execution of strategic plans.

What you’ll be doing:
- Accountable for the successful leadership and operational effectiveness of the entire warehouse, responsible for delivering customer excellence, ensuring safety and building a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead, develop and mentor a diverse, high performing and enthusiastic team
- Scope and Identify improvement initiatives within the team and operation, leading projects across the warehouse & dispatch
- Continuously review operational performance and procedures, across service, cost, people and process

- 2-3 years’ experience within a parcel/e-commerce/warehouse/logistics environment would be highly beneficial!
