I am excited to be partnering with a growing consumer goods business that is looking to expand its team by recruiting a Data Analyst in South-West London (3 days in the office). This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to help shape the company's analytics capability and drive more data-led decision-making. Working closely with Commercial Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you will consolidate data from multiple sources, develop dashboards, automate reporting, and turn complex data into actionable business insights. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced international business, gain broad stakeholder exposure, and play a key role in modernising reporting and analytics across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse data from multiple internal and external sources, including sales, finance, and market data.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear, actionable business insights.
  • Build scalable reporting processes and identify opportunities to automate manual tasks using analytics and AI tools.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support commercial decision-making and business performance.
  • Deliver analysis on trends, opportunities, and performance drivers to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

About You

  • Experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Insight Analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • Strong Power BI experience, with working knowledge of Power Query, SQL, and advanced Excel.
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights and visualisations.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets and spreadsheets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exposure to FMCG, consumer goods, Commercial Finance, Revenue Growth Management, or business intelligence environments would be advantageous.
  • Curious, proactive, and enthusiastic about analytics, automation, AI, and continuous improvement.
