Logistics Coordinator (French or German Speaker) - Global Food Manufacturer - London (2 days in Office) I am excited to be partnering with a global food manufacturer, with operations in over 35 markets, who are looking for a Logistics Coordinator (French or German Speaker) to join their team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with amazing growth opportunities, who are incredibly supportive in career progression and self development. In this role, you will... Coordinate deliveries from UK/EU warehouses via road, sea, and courier, liaising with customers, warehouses, and carriers Manage order processing, including system updates, forward allocations, warehouse instructions, and shipping documentation. Handle customer service tasks such as enquiries, complaints, and non-conformances, ensuring prompt and accurate invoicing. Conduct monthly stock reconciliations, process supplier invoices, and support finance with follow-up queries. Undertake project work, warehouse inspections, and provide cover for colleagues as required. About you: 2 + years of experience in a logistics focused role, ideally within an FMCG manufacturing business Knowledge of road, air, or sea logistics movement Confident working in a fast paced environment, strong communication skills Experience working with a system and Excel Must be fluent/native in either German or French If you feel like this is the right role for you, apply now
