Pod is excited to partner with a leading media company that creates engaging collectible products for global markets and they are currently looking for a Distribution & Production Executive to join their supply chain team in London (3 days in the office).

In this role, you’ll support the operational side of both distribution and production, helping ensure a smooth product flow across multiple international markets.

In this role,
You will…
Oversee and maintain accurate stock management processes
Manage global shipping operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and improve efficiency
Maintain and update internal databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the wider team
Monitor and coordinate with 3PL providers, including task allocation and performance tracking
Facilitate clear and effective internal and external communication across teams and partners
Support cost control initiatives, including supplier negotiation and budget tracking
About you:
1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics and a solid understanding of shipping and logistics
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong data analysis skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively
Ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
