Pod Talent is excited to partner with a global luxury spirits manufacturer, seeking a skilled and relationship-driven customer service administrator to join their team in West London. This company is renowned for creating high-quality spirits, working with the finest distilleries, and distributing their products across 40 global markets. With some recent exciting acquisitions, this is the perfect time to join this growing luxury business!
In this role, you will be:
- Upholding the highest level of customer service, managing any order-related queries, and monitoring the inbox
- Processing export paperwork to ensure orders are ready for collection
- Processing customer orders, ensuring all documentation, including release orders, picking lists, weights, and quantities, are correct
- Monitoring product inventory, creating weekly sales and stock reports
- Communicating with B2B customers and 3PL partners to ensure a smooth and efficient process

- Experience in a similar B2B logistics role, within FMCG
