This is a varied and commercially focused role that sits at the intersection of contract management, data analysis, compliance, customer onboarding, and marketing support. Working closely with commercial, operational, and customer facing teams, you will play a key role in ensuring commercial agreements are accurately managed, customer compliance is monitored, and business performance is optimised through insightful reporting and stakeholder engagement. The role offers a unique blend of commercial operations and analytical responsibility, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, building relationships, solving problems, and contributing to wider business growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer contracts, quotations, pricing updates, system administration, and new customer onboarding processes
- Produce and maintain accurate reporting, compliance analysis, forecasting, and performance insights to support commercial decision-making
- Monitor customer compliance and asset recovery performance, investigating issues, identifying trends, and supporting improvement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a key contact for compliance-related activities and commercial projects
- Support marketing initiatives through campaign coordination, content creation, lead generation activities, and maintaining marketing databases and sales materials
- Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects across the commercial function
What we are looking for:
- 1+ year in an administrative role, ideally within logistics, supply chain, commercial, or operational environment
- Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Organised and proactive attitude, able to deal with multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar business systems
