  • Build and support core software products – You’ll develop and support software in line with product and architecture roadmaps, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient and aligned with Pod’s long‑term direction.
  • Write high‑quality, maintainable code – You’ll demonstrate strong, sustainable and collaborative engineering practices, producing readable, well‑tested and maintainable code and supporting artefacts.
  • Own solutions end‑to‑end – You’ll independently define the right solution for a given problem, reusing or adapting existing approaches where appropriate, and taking responsibility from design through to delivery.
  • Champion quality and testing – You’ll ensure the high quality of delivered solutions by writing and maintaining unit and integration tests, and contributing to the pipelines that support them.
  • Contribute to team and community – You’ll actively participate in team ceremonies and wider engineering community events, sharing knowledge and learning from others.
  • Support the growth of others – You’ll help junior engineers and new team members find their feet through mentoring, pairing and constructive feedback.
