When you’ll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month.
To support this, the successful applicant should be within a reasonably commutable distance to our office (Gray’s Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB).
Join the EVolution:
The Payroll and Expenses Specialist is responsible for processing the groups payrolls and also administering the expense reimbursement process.
- Working closely with the People Team, you will ensure that accurate and complete payroll data is provided to external payroll processes.
- You will need to work to a very high level of accuracy and absolute confidentiality.
- Once finally processed, you will initiate required bank transfers for sign off by the VP Financial Reporting and Control.
- You will also act as the first point of contact for queries in relation to pay, deductions and pension contributions.
- You will be responsible for reporting and settlement of liabilities with HMRC and other tax authorities as required.

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring experience in payroll and/or expenses management. You will have prior experience of processing data for use in payrolls and a good understanding of PAYE and other similar regulations.
