Description
- Reviewing scheduled charge point maintenances
- Proactively contacting customers to reduce cancellations and maximise team efficiency.
- Managing regional activity to optimise engineer schedules, maximise jobs, and minimise travel time.
- Coordinating with business units to ensure successful attendance.
- Maximising field team utilisation to reach near 100%
- Building strong relationships with internal teams to maximise job profitability.
- Liaising with installers to resolve scheduling issues.
- Background in operations, scheduling, or logistics
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communicator and team collaborator
- Skilled in Excel, scheduling tools, and CRMs
- Process-driven with a sharp analytical mindset
