Description
Marketing Executive position where you’ll gain hands‑on experience across CRM and lifecycle marketing, supported by a team invested in your development. You’ll be responsible for building and delivering email campaigns, managing audiences, analysing performance and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support lifecycle marketing campaigns – build, test, and deliver email campaigns across the customer journey.
- Assist with email production – draft, proofread, format and quality‑check emails, and support asset creation.
- Build and manage audience segments – group customers and leads into relevant segments for targeted communications.
- Analyse and report on performance – track campaign metrics and turn data into actionable insights.
- Support loyalty and advocacy initiatives – contribute to referral programmes, rewards, and retention activities.
- Collaborate across teams – work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Product and Tech teams to support email requirements.
- Support marketing operations – manage the campaign calendar, coordinate briefs, keep processes organised and documentation up to date.
- Develop CRM expertise – gain hands‑on training in HubSpot and marketing automation.
