The Electrical Project Manager role sits within the heart of our Operations Team who focus on ensuring that our customers are receiving their Pod Point units on time, efficiently and safely. You’ll be responsible for:
- Project forecasting and pipeline management
- Managing multiple projects at various stages, coordinating with regional and central teams for efficient labour organisation
- Creating and aligning programme of works to ensure continuity with customer requirements
- Capturing variations and ensuring project cost vs budget is reported
- Creating O&M Manuals
- Liaising with site owners and stakeholders to ensure delivery meets high standards and achieves desired outcomes
- Fostering a culture of Health, Safety, and Quality; manage project‑related Health & Safety aspects
- H&S File Coordination – including creation of RAMS and CPP
- Evaluating our performance against key KPIs and constantly seeking to improve our performance
We think the role would be great for somebody who has previously managed a variety of projects varying in degrees of complexity, with a solid technical understanding, as well as someone with:
- Demonstrable experience in a Project Management role
- Experience managing a variety of projects varying in degrees of complexity
- An understanding of Electrical Building Services installations
- Previous experience of managing commercial installations, small and large, with civil and electrical elements using both in‑house and subcontract field teams
- Excellent communicator, ability to lead and demonstrate best practices
- Fantastic stakeholder management skills
- Keen focus on Health and Safety
- Analytical skills
- Bonus points if you have JIB Gold Card and SMSTS
