The AI Operations Analyst sits at the heart of how we change the way we work with AI, turning ideas into practical tools and supporting teams to use AI confidently.
Responsibilities
- Enable teams to use AI day‐to‐day, improving speed, quality and confidence.
- Configure and improve AI workflows using platforms such as Claude, HubSpot, and emerging tools – testing, iterating, documenting and ensuring practical solutions for real users.
- Turn stakeholder briefs into working solutions, translating fuzzy problems into clear, actionable outputs such as workflows, playbooks, prompts, automations or lightweight prototypes.
- Track and communicate AI impact through Pod's AI Working Group – capture adoption, outcomes, blockers and articulate the value delivered across the business.
- Stay current with AI developments, filter hype from useful ideas, and bring forward tools, patterns, and concepts that improve Pod's operations.
- Upskill colleagues at all levels via one‐to‐ones, drop‐ins and training sessions, building practical capability and good judgement.
Qualifications

- Technical literacy and a hands‐on mindset – comfortable learning how tools work, troubleshooting and executing to make things happen.
