About the Role
As a Backend Engineer, you will collaborate directly with the CTO to architect and build the core infrastructure of Pod. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the foundation of a platform designed to push the boundaries of decentralized applications.
Responsibilities
- Architect and Build: Design and implement critical systems, including consensus mechanisms, transaction reordering processes, and state management.
- Innovate: Address complex challenges in distributed systems and cryptography to enhance scalability and robustness.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the founding team to iterate rapidly based on feedback from our integration partners and other members of the blockchain ecosystem.
- Set Standards: Establish benchmarks, tools, and best practices to ensure the system is efficient, scalable, and developer-friendly.
