Job Description: Makeup Artist Part-Time
Reports to: Flagship Business Development Manager

While a qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is desirable we also welcome applicants with strong amateur experience who can demonstrate skill and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience and Sales
- Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets as agreed with your line manager
- Deliver authentic and personalised customer service every time
- Build lasting relationships with customers in-store and online to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Introduce customers to upcoming in-store events promotions and brand activities
- Create engaging experiences that inspire customers and promote the Poco Beauty brand
Brand Representation and Events
- Represent Poco Beauty with passion, knowledge and professionalism
- Support and participate in exciting in-store events and activations
- Share brand knowledge in line with company guidelines
Operations and Standards
- Take part in ongoing training to stay up to date with new products and techniques
- Complete daily and weekly operational tasks to a high standard
- Maintain excellent counter hygiene, housekeeping and presentation at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events
